Functional Massage Therapy

Brighton’s approach to the human body is both holistic and in-depth. He is devoted to helping you find ease within your body through comprehensive assessments, powerful massage therapy techniques, customized breathwork coaching, and regenerative exercise recommendations. Brighton goes above and beyond the industry standards to deliver a transformative bodywork service.

  • Somassage®: A stand-alone, specialized form of bodywork that addresses the full-body organization of the myofascial system. Specific depth and directionality are utilized to advance the human structure toward optimal efficiency, ease, and wellness.

  • Therapeutic Massage: A blend of the best massage therapy modalities to holistically restore your mind & body, designed to meet your body where it’s at and ease you towards a state of healing. We will together determine what your body needs, and tailor the massage session to those needs. Modalities include:

    • Cupping

    • Gua Sha/STM

    • Myofascial Release

    • Deep Tissue

    • Trigger Point Therapy

    • Tension Repatterning

    • Sports Massage

    • Medicinal Massage

  • Cupping Massage: Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage is performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open, and expand the body’s soft tissues.

  • Sports Massage: Sports massage can help you excel at your sport. Sports massage increases blood flow to tired sore muscles, lengthens tissue to increase range of motion, and decreases recovery time. Getting you back at it feeling faster and fresher more quickly. Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.

  • Swedish Massage: Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

  • Posture Rehab: In postural integration sessions, I coach you through specific positional drills that target precisely where you are experiencing limitations in your body. Overcome your pain & create lasting positive change in your body through targeted movement integration. Sessions include holistic joint assessments, exercises, and progressive programming so that you know exactly what you need to do to bring your body to the next level.

  • Aquastretch™: A whole-body facilitated stretch targeting your connective tissue- specifically your fascia. Reduce acute and chronic pain, restore flexibility and mobility, and experience profound somatic relaxation from this cutting-edge aquatic modality.

“BREATHWORK IS THE NEW YOGA!”

What would be possible for you…

IF YOU had access to a SIMPLE METHOD TO RAPIDLY RELEASE EMOTIONAL tension & STRESS, depression, AND ANXIETY FROM YOUR LIFE?

what would that bring to your:

  • health

  • relationships

  • career

  • wealth

BREATHWORK IS SWEEPING THE WEST & CHANGING THOUSANDS OF LIVES…

What is it about breathwork that’s making it so popular? Some of the benefits of breathwork include:

  • Anxiety & Depression Relief

  • Massive Stress Relief & Deep Relaxation

  • Release Toxins from the Body

  • Increases Circulation, Energy, & Immune Function

  • Eliminates Chronic Pain

  • Strengthens Lungs

  • Helps Digestion

  • Improves Sleep

  • Releases Trauma & Fear

  • Emotional Balance

breathwork is being talked about on:

NOT ALL BREATHWORK TECHNIQUES ARE CREATED EQUAL…

Breathwork has become a bit of a buzzword these days. When people hear the term breathwork they might think of:

  • Kundalini Yoga

  • Box Breathing

  • Holotropic Breathing

  • Parasympathetic Breathing

  • Coherent Breathing

The truth is that there are so many different types of breathwork that it can be overwhelming to know which one to try…

The technique I teach is called Circular Breathing, and the reason why I primarily teach this technique is due to the fact that it consistently delivers massive transformational change in the least amount of time.

I’ll repeat that…

CIRCULAR BREATHWORK CONSISTENTLY DELIVERS MASSIVE, TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE IN THE LEAST AMOUNT OF TIME.

A session of circular breathwork is finished within an hour, with the active breathing portion of it only lasting about 30 minutes. This is what sets circular breathwork apart from every other form of breathwork—it is both efficient & powerful.

Aquastretch™

with Brighton Loughlin

Aquastretch™ is a fascial therapy that is revolutionizing how we view and treat a variety of medical conditions, and in how we optimize athletic performance…

Aquastretch™ is serving people who are not finding relief from many of the traditional bodywork modalities such as:

  • Massage Therapy

  • Chiropractic

  • Physical Therapy

If you are finding relief from these therapies, aquastretch™ can help to create longer, more holistic, and lasting results.

what is Aquastretch™?

Aquastretch™ is a whole-body facilitated stretch targeting your connective tissue- specifically your fascia.

What I do (1).png

During a session, you allow your body to follow its intuitive movements in the zero-gravity environment of water to release:

  • fascial adhesions

  • blockages

  • chronic or recent scar tissue buildup

  • other points of restriction and pain

Unlike many therapies, you are not having the treatment done to you, but you are participating in your own healing.

Aquastretch™ helps in 3 foundational ways:

  1. By significantly and immediately reducing acute and chronic pain from sports injuries, car accidents, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and more.

  2. By restoring flexibility from daily activities, an injury, surgery, or condition such as scoliosis, degenerative or herniated discs, and much more.

  3. By creating profound somatic and mental relaxation, as well as improving sleep and recovery for a faster return to a normal pain-free life.

For many, aquastretch™ is a vital part of daily pain-free life, as well as a tool for athletic conditioning- reducing both recovery time and improving performance.

what is fascia?

Fascia is the connective tissue surrounding and separating everything in your body. If your fascia is stuck, it squeezes or restricts everything it surrounds, preventing movement and circulation. This can be painful, cause malnourishment, and ultimately create a sense of tightness and discomfort in your body.

Your fascia is by far your richest sense organ. there are 9-10 times the sensory nerve endings in fascia for every 1 sensory nerve ending in a muscle. So 9 out of 10 times, you are feeling your fascia.

Whether you are an athlete, someone who is suffering from chronic pain and discomfort, or you want to explore the possibility of pain-free movement, aquastretch™ will improve how you feel in your body.
